My Story

I am a full-service, full-time, experienced REALTOR®, Property Manager, & Associate Broker representing home buyers, sellers, landlords & investors. I cover all areas in Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties, and some parts of Livingston & Monroe. I grew up Downriver and currently reside in Detroit. I graduated from both University of Michigan-Dearborn & Wayne State University. I know this area like a true local because Metro Detroit has & always will be my home. I am grateful to be in such a personal business and able to help people every day to achieve their biggest financial & life goals in my hometown.

Though I work with both buyers & sellers, my service is tailored to the unique needs of the party I represent. As a certified Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), I am focused on getting top dollar for your home in the least amount of time, with terms that favor you. As an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), I evaluate market conditions to ensure you don’t overpay, as well as explain the difference between serious repairs & common ones. I am focused on being your real estate professional for life, not just one transaction, therefore I consider myself a consultant, not just a salesperson. Whether presenting buyers or seller, I pledge to always give my honest & professional opinion, even if it makes my life more difficult.

By taking on additional training, I have the balance between “by the book” & real world experience. In addition to obtaining my Broker’s license, I have earned credentials in the following areas: new construction, negotiation, short sales/foreclosures, and pricing/market analysis. These credentials require proof of previous sales, classroom knowledge & exams. I learn something from every transaction I complete & take that experience with me to future transactions.

As a resident for the last seven years, I have personally seen the revitalization of Detroit over the last decade. I am thankful to have been able to contribute to Detroit’s rebirth by assisting home buyers, sellers & investors make financially-sound decisions that benefit everyone in our community. With Detroit’s collection of 100+ year old homes, vast differences between neighborhoods & rising property values, it is important to use an agent with experience in this market who will properly advise you on all of the pros & cons. As a property manager, I am focused on a mutually beneficial relationship between landlord & tenant. I always strive to provide safe & affordable housing to tenants, while remembering that for investors this is a business where profit needs to be considered.

To go above and beyond simply “selling houses” to higher levels of real estate consulting requires a great deal of professionalism and knowledge. As a lifelong learner, I am committed to continuing education to advance my skill set.
