What is a credential?

To maintain a Michigan real estate broker license, only 9 hours per year of continuing education (CE) is required. Credentials are not included in this CE requirement. Most credentials require years of experience and proof of transaction volume to qualify designating as a specialist or representative. Others require more learning spent in the classroom from respected REALTOR colleagues. No matter the credential, they are all beneficial to my practice, as I am able to help a wide variety of clients with my acquired knowledge & expertise!
